In December 2007, I was promoted to a new position within my company and was immediately faced with a move from Virginia to Florida. Needless to say, moving in general is hard, but moving to another state adds to the stress ten fold. I found out rather quickly how difficult it was looking for a place online, but fortunate for me, it led me to Oliver from Absolut Realty. In January, I had a business trip to the Orlando area and was on a very tight schedule, but wanted to squeeze in as much house hunting as possible. I met Oliver when I responded to an ad for a rental home during my time in town. Talking about helpful, we werenʼt able to meet until 6 in the evening and found some of the homes I wanted to see didnʼt even have electricity. Understanding my need to locate a place ASAP, he grabbed a flashlight and took me to every place in the area he thought would interest me, lights or none at all! Though I didnʼt find a home that night, Oliver going above and beyond to accommodate my needs meant a whole lot, because it felt like he really cared! I leaned on him a lot over the following two months, met Devinee and with their help was able to find the place I now call home.
